We kick things off with a call to learn about your celebration, guests, desired experience, and budget.
After I present several options for a custom celebration experience that fits your budget, you decide on the option that you want me to bring to life, and select any desired adornment options .
I will secure the venue, vendors, etc. and work out the logistics for your package, keeping you in the loop along the way .
Depending on the package you chose, Twist of Fête execution can include anything from sending you the materials (decorations, vendor contacts, logistics, etc) and information for you to pull off the event on your own, to coming on site to handle set up, vendor management, and clean up.
Having me as a full scale planner not only allows the host to relax and actually enjoy the event, but it also enables them to pull off a tailored, inclusive celebration experience that they never knew was within their reach.
